You contact us
On WhatsApp, by phone or with the request form.
You share the useful details
Order or tracking number, and delivery location with a landmark.
We confirm price and timing
An agent agrees the arrangements with you before delivery.
Delivery and confirmation
The parcel is handed to you and receipt is confirmed.
The information we ask for
- Your name and a reachable number (WhatsApp preferred)
- The order or tracking number of the parcel, if you have it
- The delivery neighbourhood or town, with a landmark
- When you are available to receive the parcel
What we never ask you for
- A password or a code received by SMS
- Your bank card or mobile money PIN
- A copy of your ID, except in a specific case explained by an agent
- A payment before the price has been confirmed with you

FalconSend only contacts you from the numbers shown on this website. If you doubt a message, check with us before paying anything.
