Privacy policy
Data collected
The request form collects your name, phone number, request type, delivery location and message. We do not ask for any ID document or payment details through this form.
Use
This information is only used to handle your delivery request and contact you. It is never sold or transferred.
Who can see it
Only authorised FalconSend staff can access requests, from a password-protected area.
Retention
Requests are kept for no more than 12 months, then deleted.
If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp (Meta) terms.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies. We only count page views and clicks on contact buttons anonymously, without storing IP addresses or identifiers.
Your rights
Under Malian Law No. 2013-015 of 21 May 2013 on personal data protection, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to alassaned@falcon-send.com. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP).
